Look around and feel where you are
I am in Austin, Texas now. There is so much to cover since my last post about quitting my job. But similar to my study abroad experience in college, I might have to stay mum about a lot of things I’ve experienced. It is just too much to relate. I will try, at some point.
I will say that I am starting school in less than a week and will be immersed in a whole new (and very exciting, to me) world. The weather is hot here and the people are hotter. So much beastly veg food to be eaten, so many faces to make, and habits to break. This is Texas. This is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The odd thing is that I have now lived in three different time zones. Sometimes I feel like I don’t know who I am. But mostly I feel like I am more myself than I have ever been.
